Responsibilities:
1. Be the technical expert for UIH sales team, and customers;
2. Collaborate with the region's and channels partners sales teams to achieve the assigned business targets;
3. Develop and execute sale strategies and plans to maximize installed base, and overall win rate; actively participate in the generation of sales forecast;
4. Interface directly with prospects, determine optimal system configurations, and generate sales quotes accordingly;
5. Create and deliver relevant customer presentations/demonstrations and/or site visits to prospects;
6. Develop and maintain key customer show sites, while establishing strong collaboration base for UIH products;
7. Represent UIH at professional meetings and tradeshows.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelors or advanced degree in a related discipline, or equivalent combination of education and experience;
2. Deep domain expertise in diagnostic imaging equipment;
3. 5+ years of sales experience with high-end capital equipment and long acquisition cycles;
4. Demonstrated capacity to operate in a complex environment; interact with a broad spectrum of stakeholders (C-Level Executives, Physicians, Administrators, Technologists, and Sales Counterparts);
5. Relevant work experience in similar areas or other manufacturers.
