Main Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for installation of UIH diagnostic imaging equipment within a designated product range at customer site;

2. Work closely with Customer Care Center (region's and headquarter level) to carry out trouble-shooting, maintenance, updates of designated product modalities under supervision;

3. Attend service training courses and complete UIH Professional Certifications in order to build competence in providing technical assistance and support to our customers;

4. Own customer escalation issues whenever required to ensure user satisfaction, and case resolution in order to meet our contractual obligations.

 

Qualification Requirements:

1. Technical associate's degree or equivalent experience preferred;

2. Technical knowledge of the principles and operations of of diagnostic imaging equipment (DR, CT, MR, PET, etc.). Previous experience with relevant equipment strongly preferred;

3. Ideally, have previous field service experience where you have undertaken diagnostic on faulty medical imaging equipment and proven your ability to independently diagnose and troubleshoot at customer site;

4. Good communication skills, service oriented and coordination with customers. Display professional conduct t cr-and excellent team player;

5. Excellent IT knowledge, and familiarity with Microsoft Office and Networking Infrastructure;

6. Your customer facing skills will be invaluable, as you will be required to interface with customers and staff at all levels within UIH / 3rd parties, contractors, sub-contractors and suppliers and must quickly gain respect from others;

7. Display a high sense of flexibility, and must be willing to work after hours and travel when required,. Must have a valid driver's license and a good driving record. Willingness to travel extensively in an on-call rotation after training and certification.
